Warranty/Returns
Arc'teryx proudly guarantee every product we make to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Any defects in materials or workmanship are covered for the lifetime of the product. Product damage through wear and tear, neglect or misuse can be repaired at a nominal charge. If you have a problem with an Arc'teryx product, please contact the LeoAdventures for assistance: customerservice@leoadventures.com or 877-679-1770. Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please do not ship any product without a Return Authorization number.

What does lifetime mean?
Our products are covered under the ARC’TERYX warranty for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Our best advice is to use your common sense and use the product for its intended use. A properly maintained and cared for product will obviously last much longer than one which is neglected and abused.

Are rips and tears covered under warranty?
Rips, tears, burns and holes are not covered under the terms of our warranty policy. We can often supply our customers with iron on patches at no charge (which are ironed to the inside of the fabric) leaving very little visible markings on the face fabric. We also offer repairs for a reasonable charge if the patches can’t work or are not up to your satisfaction. If your product should meet an unforeseen or unexplained accident, please drop us a line and we will review your options.

Will my Arc’teryx product be repaired or replaced?
If your ARC’TERYX product fails due to a manufacturing defect, our first option will be to repair the item at no charge. If the product is not repairable or the cost of the repairs exceed the value of the product we may at our discretion choose to replace the product.

How long will my repair take?
Our typical turn around time is three to five weeks from the time we receive your product to the time it is returned to you. In some cases we can get it back to you sooner; in exceptional cases, it may take longer. If your product needs to be sent out to be cleaned, charges will be assessed and you may expect up to two additional weeks before it will be returned to you. Please keep in mind that we will ship the package back to you in the same shipping method as it was received.

I have a broken/missing toggle/buckle/cord end. Can it be replaced?
If your buckle is broken or misplaced, we would be more than happy to throw a replacement in the mail for you. Feel free to e-mail us at
warranties@arcteryx.com with your full name and mailing address as well as which product model, size of piece etc. We may need to know the vintage of your product as well as the actual name of the missing part as we have gone through an evolution of findings over the years and want to ensure the replacement matches up with your existing piece. You can also contact us directly to at 1-866-458-2473 for clarification or assistance on this.

Do alterations void my warranty?
Unfortunately ARC’TERYX does not have the capacity to perform alterations or build custom product, however we understand the importance of good fit and realize people sometimes want things a little different than the way we’d designed them. We cannot stand behind someone else’s work; however, if something should happen to your piece which is unrelated to the alteration we will still stand behind our product and manufacturing provided the piece is being used for its intended use. Feel free to email
warranties@arcteryx.com for suggestions on recommended repair/ alteration facilities in your area.

Can I return my products?
A return that is neither warranty related nor the result of an error on Arc’teryx’ is subject to a restocking fee of 15%. Please do not ship any product without a Return Authorization number. Contact LeoAdventures at
customerservice@leoadventures.com

Please be sure to include your name, order number and the product you would like to return in you email.

Can I cancel my order?

  Pack Sizing

How do I fit my pack?
To determine the pack frame size, measure down the spine from the C7 vertebrae to a line horizontal with the iliac or hip crest. Once the frame size has been determined, the aluminum stay(s) should be bent to match the contours of your back. Remove the stays from their sleeve(s) on the frame sheet. Carefully bend the stays to match the contours of your back from your hip to shoulder blades (it is this contour that a pack must be shaped to, not the contour of your spine). For packs with dual stays, make sure both stays have the identical shape, and carefully replace the stays in their sleeves.

You must also assess the proper hipbelt fit. With the pack slightly loaded with weight (about 20 lb / 8 kg will do, placed evenly in the pack and not slumped in the bottom), tighten the hipbelt securely about your hips making sure your iliac crests are centered top to bottom under the hipbelt. The ends of the hipbelt should extend at least 2"/5cm past your hipbones but not so far that you could get them to meet if you really cinched up the waist belt.

The correct size for shoulder straps is determined by the width of your shoulders and your torso length. The top of the yoke of the shoulder straps (or the point at which the shoulder strap itself is attached) should be level with a point 1"-2" (2-5cm) below the top of your Trapezius muscle (in other words, level with the top of your clavicle bone). Snug down the shoulder straps so that the bottom of the straps extends 1" to 3"(2-7cm) below your armpit, but not so low as to be at the end of the adjustment range. The load lift straps (that exit off the shoulder strap to the top of the pack stays) should exit the shoulder straps at an angle of 40 to 60 degrees.

Our packs are shipped with the corresponding size of shoulder straps and hipbelt. If the fit is not right for you, Men's and Women's shoulder harnesses and hipbelts are available and fine tuning can be accomplished in a number of ways such as adjustment of the exit angle of the hipbelt strap, the sternum strap, the forward load transfer straps, the hipbelt load straps and the load lift straps.
