Warranty/Returns
Most items ordered directly from Working Advantage may
be exchanged or returned within 30 days of receipt. Theatre
and Event tickets may not be returned or exchanged – see details below. After 30 days, there are no refunds
or cancellations on any tickets; however, some tickets
may be exchanged for a small fee. Please call Customer
Service at 1-800-565-3712 for full details on the return
and exchange policy for the order you have placed.
Lost, Stolen or Expired Tickets
Working Advantage is not responsible for lost, stolen
or expired tickets. In general, tickets cannot be replaced
if they are lost or stolen. For Theatre and Event lost
ticket policies, see details below.
Payment Methods
When placing an order online or by phone, you must use
a credit card. Working Advantage accepts Visa, MasterCard,
Discover and American Express. Checks or Money Orders
are accepted through mail orders only.
Order Processing
All orders are subject to an address verification process.
Any billing address information submitted to Working Advantage
that cannot be verified by a customer's financial institution
may cause his or her order to be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping
Orders with a value under $150 are shipped first class
US mail and must be sent to your home address. All orders
with a value of $150 or greater are sent by UPS ground
service and may be sent to your home or office. All Theatre
and Event tickets are sent via UPS, regardless of value.
We are not responsible for orders sent by US mail to places
of business and/or locations other than the purchaser's
home address.
UPS Orders
Please make sure that someone is there to sign for the
package. UPS will most likely require a signature at the
time of delivery; however, the decision to leave a package
at its destination without a signature is always left
up to the driver’s discretion. We HIGHLY recommend
shipping to a company address whenever possible –
your package will usually arrive quicker and someone can
sign for the package. A telephone number for the recipient
is required. UPS and other private carriers WILL NOT deliver
to a Post Office Box.
Items may be expedited for an additional charge, or at
no extra charge if your corporate FedEx, UPS or Airborne
account number is provided.
Please supply a complete and accurate address, including
apartment, unit, floor and suite numbers where appropriate.
All orders are sent within 1-2 business days, provided
the tickets are in stock. Orders are sent from Maynard,
Massachusetts.
Theatre and Dated Event Policies
Returns and Exchanges
Theatre and Event tickets cannot be refunded, cancelled,
or exchanged. The date, time and location of each event
are listed on the website – please review this information
carefully prior to placing your order. Event venues do
not allow us to cancel, refund or exchange tickets purchased.
Cancelled Events
If an event is cancelled by the performers or venue, we
will provide you with a full refund, presuming that the
event has not been rescheduled. The terms and conditions
will vary by vendor. Please contact Working Advantage

Some Theatre and Event tickets can be replaced and policies
