When you shop at the Zamberlan webstore you will be leaving leoadventures.com. The program terms specified by Zamberlan include shipping/handling, warranty and returns processes. You will be doing business directly with Zamberlan.
RETURN POLICY:
In consideration of the Zamberlan discount structure, they will be unable to accept returns or exchanges. If the product has defective materials or workmanship, the warranty policy applies and Zamberlan will make it right.
WARRANTY POLICY:
Zamberlan srl warranties that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty is valid from one (1) year from the original time purchase. In order to file a warranty claim, you must first contact Zamberlan Customer service via email at info@zamberlanusa.com or via fax at (925) 398-8789 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. Upon inspection of the product, you may be offered a credit, replacement or repair option depending on the defect. This policy does cover defects caused by misuse, accident, modification, or unauthorized repair to the product.
